We have single, twin, double and family rooms, all of which are either en suite or have their own private shower room and toilet. All of our rooms have digital televisions, refreshment trays, toiletries, towels, alarm clocks, hair dryers, and fold away tables. The rooms are centrally heated and have further electric heaters if required. Our beds are made with crisp white linen and duvets. The pillows are polyester / cotton. Extra blankets and pillows are available in each room. An ironing board and iron is available for guests to use.

Bedroom One

Double en suite with shower, this room is to the rear of the house and is situated on the first floor. The room has a 4'6" bed with access from both sides.

Bedroom Two

Double en suite with shower, also to the rear of the house and situated on the first floor. The room has a 4'6" bed with access from both sides. Twin / double room with private shower and WC which is located along the landing. This room is situated on the first floor and has two 3' beds with access from one side only for each bed. This room can be altered to have a 6' bed which is accessible from both sides.

Bedroom Three

Twin / double room with private shower and WC which is located along the landing. This room is situated on the first floor and has two 3' beds with access from one side only for each bed. This room can be altered to have a 6' bed which is accessible from both sides.

Bedroom Four

Single room with a private shower and WC along the landing. This room is situated on the first floor and has a 4' bed with access from both sides.

Bedroom Five

Double en suite with shower. This room is to the rear of the house with a "sea peep" of Torquay and is situated on the second floor. The room has a 4'6" bed with access from both sides.

Bedroom Six

Family en suite with shower. This room is located to the front of the house and is on the second floor. The room has a 4'6" bed and two 3' beds. The double bed can be accessed from both sides.
