Introductions
Our guesthouse is ideally located a short stroll from the town, seafront, rail and bus stations. We have six bed rooms, four of which are situated on the first floor and the remaining two on the second floor. The following is a summary of our provision.
Pre-Arrival
The bus station is approximately five minutes walk from the guest house, from where you can catch a bus to all the Torbay resorts, Newton Abbott and Exeter. The main train station is opposite the bus station and local taxi services offering accessible taxis if required are available at the train station. You can contact us by clicking here.
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
We have our own car park to the front of the guest house with no kerbs or gradients. We can accommodate up to seven cars. There are flood lights on the car park. The pathway is kept clear and the door is illuminated. We are able to assist guests with their luggage if this is required. Please advise us of your anticipated time of arrival if possible so that we can be sure to be here to welcome you. Normally we ask guests to arrive after 2pm, however, we can look after your bags if you arrive earlier.
Main Entrance
There is one low step to the porch door (which is not locked), a bell push is situated to the right hand side of this door. The main inside door is locked at all times. All guests have a key to this door and can come and go as they please. The flooring in the hallway is wooden. The stairways are carpeted. On arrival, guests will be asked to complete our registration form, shown to their room and have a brief explanation of our facilities.
